    我系天才小厨师!

    今天突然想自己弄点吃的,做了三个菜:紫菜包饭,泡菜汤&鲜淮山肉丸.

    1首先上紫菜包饭,紫菜是买专门用来做寿司用的大片烤海苔,可怜广州不是到处都又得卖,我是好久之前在吉之岛发现了买下来囤积着的.材料是大米饭,青瓜,脆皮肠,还有肉松.(1)首先煮米饭,饭熟了以后就加入肉松,,,麻油拌匀,放在一边晾凉.

    (2)黄瓜洗干净以后切成小条,用盐跟醋腌一下以达到爽口的效果.(3)脆皮肠直接切成细条待用.(4)将洗净晾干的寿司帘铺平,紫菜平铺在上面,光面朝下,再铺上米饭,青瓜,脆皮肠.接着就是用力一点点地将紫菜卷成条.(5)用沾了水的刀将成条的寿司切成小段摆盘即可.配上芥末食用味道更佳.

    2在做紫菜包饭的同时一边可以做泡菜汤,因为非常简单.首先用油将茶树菇炒一下,稍软以后放水,水开以后放一包韩式辣白菜,加上豆腐,,,继续煮五分钟左右即可,酸酸辣辣的非常美味.

    3最麻烦的算是鲜淮山肉丸了,步骤比较多而且会弄得满手是油.(1)买适量肉滑,如果自己用刀剁的话口感会更好,嘻嘻,我懒得剁,就买现成的好了.(2)一小段鲜淮山,削皮(最好叫卖菜的帮忙削好,因为据说新鲜的淮山会弄到手很痒痒滴)后用水煮熟,然后用刀压成泥.(3)肉滑跟淮山泥搅匀,加点盐调味(4)用手将(3)的混合物捏成肉球状,放到铺了菜叶的碟子上蒸熟即可.

    说说这几个菜的味道吧:紫菜包饭很香,粘粘的米饭配清爽的青瓜还有脆皮肠出奇的搭.不过如果能用炒过的白芝麻代替麻油应该更好吃.紫菜是高纤维食品,多吃可以排毒哦!

    泡菜汤嘛,给味觉很大的刺激,又酸又辣,胃口不好的时候比较适合,不过在广州这种容易上火的地方还是少吃为妙,我觉得这次做的还不够辣,加点新鲜的辣椒跟大葱进去应该会更好吃.泡菜汤里有豆腐,富含蛋白质跟大豆异黄酮.泡菜经过发酵,富含乳酸菌(不过估计被我那么煮法,乳酸菌都死翘翘了吧).

    最后的鲜淮山肉丸卖点就是淮山,淮山能补肾滋阴的哦,平常就那么吃不太可口,用来左成肉丸就好吃很多,淮山糯糯QQ,很有意思.
